Please try to attend on time for your appointments. We do appreciate that the local traffic/parking may make this difficult and we always try to deal with such delays as sympathetically as possible. On occasions however, it may be necessary to reappoint if insufficient time is available to deal with your treatment properly.
We will also try to see you on time, but similarly, problems sometimes arise which require longer to deal with. If you are kept waiting it is only because we are trying to do our best for someone; please be patient; it may be you that needs the extra time next time!
Failed/late cancellation Appointments Policy
Missed/late cancellation Appointment( less than 24 hrs ) - £20.00 fine
If you have not been to our practice for over 12 months, there will be an extra £10 added on to your treatment charge automatically with no exception.
Our System is very fair & flexible, although we recommend all our patients to have a dental examination at 6-8 months interval, if patients preferred to have their check up at 12 months, 18 months etc. this would be entirely your choice and we would respect your choice and we would be happy to accept that. Please let us know so that no reminder would be sent out to you. In the normal circumstances we would send out a reminder to all our patients at 6-8 months after their last check up.
